Oecusse, April 10, 2025 – The National Bank of Commerce of Timor-Leste (BNCTL) was represented by the Operations Division, Mr. Marsizio de Oliveira, and made a presentation on the BNCTL Internet/Mobile Banking service within the scope of the information dissemination ceremony on digital payments, organized by the Central Bank of Timor-Leste (BCTL).

The objective of the event was to share information with the public, especially the Oecusse community, about the digital payment system, which allows customers to carry out transactions more securely and without the need to use cash.

BNCTL Internet/Mobile Banking is a BNCTL service that allows customers to perform free online transactions, such as transfers between BNCTL accounts, balance inquiries, access banking services anywhere and anytime, and quick access to account information.

The activity was attended by commercial banks such as Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank MANDIRI, and fintechs such as MOSAN, T-OAN, as well as representatives from the Planning and Commercialization Divisions and the IT Division of BNCTL.
